PT is over. Have been really pushing it since then, doing 2+ miles a day. I run as much as I can, but I end up walking a good ~30% of it. 2 mile time is down from 42 minutes on Thursday to 35 today.
Gonna still go to PT once a week, just gotta line up my times with Grey.
Fixed my dumbbell bench press form and its way harder.
Probably not coaching Steve's team. wtf was I thinking?
Didn't drink for a good 4 days but I'm back on the train. Had a good run for a while there.
