Calm down
yeah ~8lbs in 4 months is not the plan
but it's definitely progress
and its ~12lbs over 5 months.
You had thanksgiving + mom stuff + finals + graduation + Christmas + moving + dad stuff, Plenty of excuses.
Let's not forget that you were only down ~20lbs in the first 6 months of last year. Just over 3lb a month for the easiest 20lbs, and you're worried about only losing ~2lbs a month for the hardest (to date) 8 lbs.
Maybe if you didn't eat Dominos 1-2 times a week you would have done a bit better? Hm?
So let's get some new goals to get ourselves back on track:
1) Walk or run at least one lap around the complex every day. Starting right after this post.
2) Stop fucking eating Dominos you goddamn moron.
Shoulder started to feel really good, starting doing some pushups, now it kinda hurts again #oops
