NEW YEAR NEW ME AMIRIGHT
Some updates:
Jan 2015 - 236lbs
Jan 2016 - 174.4lbs
Goal was 50lbs in 2015, nailed it. I wanted to be under 170 for club, gonna hit that no issue.
Original overall goal was 160lbs, but now that I'm at 175, I think I can spare more than 15lbs. So, new goal is to lose 25 more, to 150, by 2017. Getting down to 150 sounds ridiculously hard to me, but I'm starting from 175, not 236. It is only 2lbs a month. I was 225 in May (but boy was I fuckin' ROCKED UP). That's a 7lb/month pace from May until January, and that's with the Thanksgiving-Finals-Christmas-New Years disaster.
As for actual goals:
1) Wildwood shape
2) Macho Man for Halloween
3) Get my footspeed back to normal.
We got too many O-Line handles for F&M, gotta earn my minutes!
